When you come in to apply for an apartment please bring the following:

• Application completely filled out
• Photo I.D. (Original Proof)
• Social Security Card (Original Proof)
• 2 Check Stubs or Verifiable Income (Original Proof)
• 1 Utility Bill (Examples include: PG&E, Cell Phone, Electric, Cable, Etc.)
• $35.00 Application Fee ($30.00 per each additional application.)
